We are thrilled that you have chosen Vanya Designs as part of your love story. Our team is so excited to meet you and help you bring your dreams to life. To better prepare for your upcoming appointment, here is some important information you'll want to know!

You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. There is a check in form that allows us to get to know you more prior to your appointment. Please take a moment to fill out that form as soon as you receive it.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please refer to the confirmation email with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to be considerate of our designers time and gives other brides the opportunity to book an appointment on their desired day. If needing to reschedule within less than 24 hours, contact customer service at (316) 706-2914. Please remember you are allowed to reschedule one time at no extra cost.

For In-person Appointments:
Please read through the parking instructions and how to enter the building.During your appointment, you will have a personal bridal designer and a private fitting room. We can accommodate up to five guests in our bridal suites, plus the bride. If you wish to bring more than five guests, please contact our bridal team so we can make arrangements.
For Virtual Appointments:
Your designer will contact you via text message prior to your appointment. If you have any inspiration photos, please text them to (316) 285-6025. This is the same number we will use for Facetime. For Zoom calls, you will receive an email with the link no later than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
During your appointment, you will have a personal bridal designer and a curated virtual experience. We can accommodate up to five guests to join you on our Zoom call, plus the bride. If you wish to invite your guests to join you for your virtual appointment, please submit their email addresses to info@vanyadesignbridal.com.
